Hi! I’m Johnny, a former diner-style short-order cook who fell in love with griddle cooking. I am not a trained chef, I am just a guy who worked in commercial kitchens for 20 years including 2 years as a manager at Bob Evans, a diner chain in the midwest. In 2020 when Covid hit, I bought my first residential griddle and started making Youtube videos. Now, after 300 videos and 18 millioin views I am lucky enough to have turned griddle cooking into a full time career. Whether you’re brand-new to cooking or just fired up your first griddle, you’re in the right place.
