Easy Cowboy Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 stick (1/2 C) unsalted butter melted or softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh chives chopped
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Melt or soften the butter in a small bowl.
  • Stir in garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and spices.
  • Add the fresh herbs and mix well.
  • Wrap in plastic wrap and keep in fridge until ready to eat.
  • You can serve warm as a dipping sauce for steak or drizzle over top before serving.
