Stawberry Chocolate Crepes

Crepe Batter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of water
- 2 Tbsp butter melted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup of all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/2 Tbsp powder sugar
Cream Cheese Filling
- 3.25 oz vanilla snack pack
- 8 oz whipped cream cheese
Toppings
- Strawberries & chocolate syrup
Crepes
Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl or blender and mix well. You can use a wisk, but a hand mixer or using a blender is easier.
Add your dry ingredients and wisk or blend together until smooth. If you have a sifter, use that for the dry ingredients.
Heat griddle to 375 then add a small amount of oil and butter.
Using a ladel or ice cream scoop (2 oz) pour crepe batter on to the griddle. Use the back of the ladle to help spread it out the best you can.
Cook for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on the other side.
Fill with the cream cheese filling then top with fresh fruit and or chocolate syrup.
