How To Make Crepes on a Blackstone Griddle

Crepes might seem fancy, but they’re surprisingly easy to make on a griddle. This recipe creates light, slightly sweet crepes with a rich cream cheese filling, fresh strawberries, and chocolate syrup. Perfect for breakfast or dessert!
Key Takeaways:
- This is a sweet crepe, but you can go savory—try ham and cheese, scrambled eggs, or sautéed mushrooms.
- The cream cheese filling is the star—use it on pancakes or French toast too.
- Spread the batter as thin as possible. The back of a ladle works great!

Crepes
- Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl or blender and mix well. You can use a wisk, but a hand mixer or using a blender is easier.

- Using a ladel or ice cream scoop (2 oz) pour crepe batter on to the griddle. Use the back of the ladle to help spread it out the best you can.
